Terms and Conditions

1. We may vary or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

2. As far as the law allows, we make no guarantees that any information contained in or provided by you're hired will be free of harmful computer viruses. You should ensure you are using an up to date virus scanner.

3. At any time and without notice or liability we may change you're hired’s DIY content or format or method of delivery.

4. You agree to us communicating with you by electronic messages.

5. All information and logos provided through you're hired’s DIY site are our property and must not be reproduced or dealt with in any way without our consent.

6. All charges shown on the website are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.

7. Nothing on the you're hired DIY site is an offer to provide services in any place if to do so would be in any way unlawful in that place. You must not access you're hired from such a place or use it in a way that would result in a law of that place.

8. you're hired offers no replacement guarantee on DIY placements.

9. The fee payable by you to you're hired for the introduction of a candidate who subsequently accepts an engagement is $895.00 plus GST. The fee is still payable if the candidate is engaged in a position other than the one originally intended. This fee may increase from time to time without notice. The recruitment process for part-time positions is identical to that of a full time position. Therefore the fee payable is also $895.00 plus 10% GST. The acceptance of CVs from you're hired attracts a minimum administration fee of $100 + 10% GST. This fee is later deducted from the total fee of $895 + 10% GST on the successful placement of a candidate by you're hired.

10. You must notify you're hired immediately you engage a candidate whom we have introduced.

11. you're hired will provide phone screening to ensure that our candidates suit your requirements. It is up to you, however, to satisfy yourself as to the candidate’s suitability. You must also perform all relevant reference checks on the candidate. Neither you're hired nor anyone acting on our behalf can accept liability for the accuracy of any information supplied in relation to candidates, whether this concerns employment history, qualifications or personal circumstances or any other matter whatsoever.

12. If the candidate ceases to be so employed as a result of retrenchment, relocation of the client’s business or restructuring of the job description, no refund will apply.

13. you're hired agrees to make every reasonable effort to provide the client with a reasonable selection (minimum 3) of suitable candidates up to a maximum agreed to by both parties.

14. you're hired’s DIY recruitment solution is limited to positions valued at $40,000pa or less.
